The process moved really quickly. From application to interview to rejection was approximately 10 days. The interview was an HR screening interview, and the recruiter was approximately 5 minutes late to call me. Once on the phone, it felt very much like a check the box, going through a script interview where they'd already chosen a candidate but already had my interview scheduled so carried it out. The recruiter had no follow-up questions for any of my answers and didn't ask about any of my specific experience.
