Spoke to a recruiter, who was polite and friendly. We discussed my qualifications and at the end of the call, I asked him what the next steps were and whether they thought that I'd be a good fit. They told me that they did think that I would fit one of several roles and that he would get back to me later that day, or the next business day. One week went by and nothing. I called, but was sent to voicemail. I left a message and haven't heard back since.
I just wish recruiters would do the courtesy of not ghosting you and if at the end of the call, it doesn't seem like a good fit, say so... or at least don't say the complete opposite of what you mean by saying that you ARE a good fit, but then leave you hanging. No hard feelings, but not a good experience overall.

Interview
Interviewed for iprescribe role.
The process started with recruiter screen where he did basic skill mapping. The next step was with a product director who focussed on my work experience and behavioural questions. I asked a couple of questions on the vision of the product but didn't get a clear answer. Seemed like even the director wasn't aware on what is to be done next. He suggested some random feature like building doctor community which an APM could have suggested in a 30 minutes product design interview.
I was completely ghosted after the interview. I mailed them couple of times for next steps but the recruiter never replied back. Seems like I dodged a bullet here. This sort of attitude seems to tell you a lot about the culture of the company. Also, if compensation is your priority, I would suggest to not spend any time on this company as they offer below average pay.

Interview
This had to be THE most inept individual I’ve ever encountered. She was late, she was unprofessional, and she was totally unprepared. I asked her four low level questions about the position and she was so inept she couldn’t answer not one of them.
