Interview
It was basically 20-30 minutes interview process for mechanical engineering and pre placement offer depends upon performance of the individual. First they took domain based test and shortlisted for interviews.

Briefly describe your educational status and tell me about your family background.
then they asked me management questions like how you have convinced your senior or manager that you want to go with certain design but the senior/manager doesn't like it...how you made them look convinced.
