I want to preface that the people were one of the most great people I've spoken to in any interview in my career. They were very comfortable to speak too and interviews felt more conversational and relaxed rather than being stressful like other company interviews. That being said, I really had high hopes and wanted to be part of such team and was super motivated for this role. However, the process and communication outside of calls were extremely poor and disorganized throughout and I've never had an experience this disorganized and poorly communicated. Initially it seemed like a one-time mistake, but later I was constantly told of different, changing interview processes from different people. I even received misinformation about interview round expectations that I came to an interview unprepared and with wrong materials. The number, order, and details for the interview process also kept changing with each person I spoke to. I rarely could get in contact via email regarding my candidacy despite being promised to receive an update. I would have hoped they would've communicated if there were any delays to making a decision, as I was required to wait 2 weeks without any updates to my follow-up, only to be told a general message that I wasn't proceeding forward to the next interview. Overall, the people were extremely great but I was so confused to why the process was extremely disorganized and poorly communicated. If I were to exclude my experience with the process and rate the interview calls alone, this rating would've been a "positive" for me :'(
