Interview
Many steps for the graduate interview. Phone call, online quiz, assessment centre (2 day process). Had to do a presentation on the second day of the assessment centre. The overall experience was interesting and fun. They had people flown out to Sydney for the interview processs.
Long and dragged out, many different rounds of interview and poor response time back to interviewees and candidates even when successful. This was a common complaint amongst others too who also found the same issue

Interview
There are three activities during the AC including debate, interview questions and problems solving. Interviewees are split into different groups to take part in the activities. You may get feedbacks and advice from the interviewers.

I submitted my resume and cover letter through job advertisement. Received intial telephone interview from recruiter asking basic questions and interest in role. Then panel interview over zoom requiring a prepared PowerPoint presentation on a certain topic followed by typical interview questions
