Applied Online about 3 weeks later in I had an in-person interview.
It was fairly easy. Very conversation based - be prepared to strike up a relevant conversation. On the day of interview (or the day after, I forget) I got asked for a writing sample and brief assignment. Overall it was a really good experience, very friendly and professional.

Interview
The first interview consisted of a pre-screening with a recruiter. For the second and final round, I interviewed with 4 people (my manager, the department head, sales manager, and the HR manager).

4 rounds and one of the interviews had a test portion. Everyone was extremely transparent on expectations. They provided a clear outlook of how the job will look post pandemic.
