I left my former place of employment and was basically hired on the spot because of my years of experience. Went in on a Wednesday and spoke to the GM, was asked to come back Friday for an interview. Friday came about, spoke with him for 5 minutes and filled out paperwork for 10. Left with a job I was lied to about promotions, though.
