I met the HR team during a HR fair in Berlin. They were trying to tempt masters students to come and work for them. I told straightforwardly that my German is not good enough to work at a local company, however they pressured me to hold interviews which I accepted. During our conversations they told me that they are actually an international company and they have international offices. So I was tempted to work there. However, later through a friend I learned that they are doing weird things such as extending probation period to 9 months and firing people. Also, the HR department was very inconsistent. They were either very presurring or very cold. I informed them that I can work as a temp - student after numerous email changes with a woman from the HR, she later never got back to me. It is as if they are playing a game. There are many good and respectful companies around Berlin. Why choose this company anyway?
