      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash (New York, NY) in Aug 2021

      Interview

      A very long and drawn out interview process that consisted of 4 rounds of interviews with 7+ DoorDash employees. Not only does that seem like a waste of time for the interviewee, it's also a waste of time for the company. 7+ employees don't need to validate a single candidate. First round was standard and included a case study. Then there was a "take home assignment" which took a good deal of time to complete. then a third round of interviewing that included three employees. Then a fourth round with three more employees + a presentation of the take home assignment.
