The interview process consisted of several stages:
Initial Video Call: This call was to go over the position and provide an overview of the role.
Two Video Calls with Team Members: I met with someone from the San Francisco office to discuss team dynamics and company culture.
Third Video Call with the Manager: This focused on expectations and alignment with the role.
Phone Call with a Colleague: I had a conversation with someone from the office whom I would be working closely with.
In-Person Meeting: I had a meet-and-greet with the same colleague I spoke with on the phone, providing an opportunity to connect face-to-face.
Brief Follow-Up Phone Call: I reconnected with the initial contact for a quick discussion.
Final Video Call: This call was with the manager and an executive based in Germany to conclude the process.
