I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Donut Digital

Video call with HR, video call with Hiring Manager, video call with several teammates on a panel, video call with HR for verbal offer. Communication with HR was amazing. There was an unpaid hiring project. Ultimately after a verbal offer, there was a 6 week waiting period due to budget issues, and then they rescinded the offer.

chill, vibe check. everyone was very nice. move onto pilot period if they like you. seems like a cool workplace that is heavy on company culture. pretty streamlined process for interviewing.

Intro interview was conversational and very quick. Had to do an unpaid "homework assignment" for the second interview. They took a few days to get back to me and told me they didn't want to proceed with me because they wanted to hire someone older to market to a different age range.
