I recently interviewed with Dominos. for the Junior Cybersecurity Analyst position. The process was overall quite smooth and well-organized, although there were a few areas that could be improved.
Round 1 - Phone Screening:
The initial phone screening was handled by a recruiter who was very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the role, discuss company culture, and go over the basics of my resume. However, the call lasted much longer than anticipated (about 45 minutes), so I would recommend candidates allow for extra time.
Round 2 - Technical Interview:
The technical interview was a great experience. The interviewer was knowledgeable and asked questions that were relevant to the role, focusing on fundamental cybersecurity concepts, basic threat analysis, and a few questions on tools like Nmap and Wireshark. They also asked some scenario-based questions to gauge my problem-solving approach. I appreciated how they balanced between challenging questions and giving me room to think through my answers.
