There was no interview- I applied in person and received a call about 2 weeks later asking me to come in for training. i came in and watched videos and did online training for about 2-3 hours. I came back the following day when they had me ride along with another driver for the night to get a feel for the delivery process.

No interview means no interview questions. A preliminary background check for criminal and driving history was performed before I received the call.
My Domino’s interview was a straightforward and simple experience. This was not difficult whatsoever and the hiring manager was quite friendly. Be prepared with relevant specific experience and ready to share a bit about your personality and you’re good to go.
