After receiving my application, they asked me to go in and interview. When I got there, we introduced ourselves and they asked just a few generic interview questions. It was very short and informal. I was offered the job right after the interview.

How well do you perform in a fast-paced environment?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
