Interview
One on one meeting with the Location Manager, very informal, mostly ask situational questions, requesting "real life" experiences. The manager did more talking then I did. Slanted toward Revenue management and Sales. The interview lasted about 20 minutes

Question 1
How does your recent positions align with the role you're interviewing ?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dollar Rent A Car (Portland, OR) in Oct 2011
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews. All in person, they were all easy quick and casual. They mainly want to know if you can sell but not be too pushy. They don't want complaints but want the most sales from the customers. The job is gearing towards more customer service and less sales so make sure you sound genuine about helping customers. they will start you out on nights swing shift so have open availability and good transportation.
