DojoMojo is currently looking for someone to help build our data team and someone who has experience with our tech stack, ideally someone who is more comfortable with Python than R. As this is a new position, no offers have yet been made as at writing and we are still in the process of interviewing candidates. Although this is a new role, we have a firm idea of the person that we're looking for.
The first two stages of the interview process consist of 2 screening calls with our Head of People Operations and our Head of Product. These interviews mainly focus on previous work experience and culture fit. As explained during these initial phone screens, technical knowledge is evaluated in the next phase of the process. Candidates will meet with our Head of Product and Head of Engineering onsite to collaboratively conduct a data analysis and build a model together. A take-home assignment and presentation will be given to those candidates who move past the technical interviews.
