If you can read or write you are likely to be offered the opportunity to join a 5 day training course at your own expense. They pretend to be selective but I know of wholly unsuitable candidates who have been chewed up and spat out by this company.

2 interviews. Then an induction once training is complete. training takes around 10 hours. Interviews are quite informal and informative. Each interview took about 25 minutes over zoom. Friendly interviewers.

Interview had basic questions nothing out of the the ordinary. They ask to talk about previous experiences and how they fit with the current role. Interview is Farley easy. Just need to be yourself and sound confident.

you need to write your cv, then make an application online, you will be contacted through your email to be given a day for a webinar, the webinar lasts for 45 min it will be stated as 2 hrs in the email, the rest of the time will be used as long as the people particaping in the webinar have questions, then you will be giving an option to pick a day for an interview which lasts for 30 minutes on zoom
