      Salesforce Developer Interview

      26 Mar 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Bristol, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Dojo (Bristol, England) in Mar 2026

      Interview

The first interview was a call with my prospective manager. This was fairly informal and a good opportunity to learn about the job and the team. There were then two interviews back-to-back: one technical and more process-oriented. This was fairly full-on both in terms of technical content and being on the spot for 2 hours straight. The final interview I thought was a great idea, with someone unrelated to my team and with no expertise in my area, meaning that we could both focus on the wider fit and more general aspects of working at Dojo.

      Question 1

The questions were mainly scenario-based. One that stood out was asking about a time when I brought data into a decision-making process.
