Dogwood Autism Services interview questions

At the first interview, I didn't have a car, which was one of the requirements, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. They had me thinking I wasn't offered a job cause I didn't have a car. Knowing I was more than qualified. Finally, when I got a car, I decided to try again, but I didn't even get an interview, only an email thanking me for applying again. So they don't consider you even if you are qualified. It feels like they have a preference for gender or race.
