First part of the interview was OK. Talk with people about what I have done, what they do. Decent two way process. Then the pointless algorithmic whiteboard question that you will never need to use on the job. Then the rather large take home technical test, which has a 5 day time limit, no exceptions made for if you have a family or any other commitments.
