I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
Usual 5-6 rounds of interview with different stakeholders.
Their HR/Headhunter contacted me first through linkedin then went through several rounds of interviews to see if I could fit the job and if I could fit the company cultured
My last round was a 2 round demo/presenation in which I was asked to learn their APIs and their product (on my own) to build a demo instead of asking me to present/demo a product of my choice
I received a very precise scenario of what they were expecting during the demo/presentation.
I spent an extensive amount of time learning their API, their workflow, their product, searching for relevant customer success story to add to the demo.
During the demo I was asked extremely precise business related question that I would not have been able to know in detail without proper onboarding to the company and was faulted for not being able to answer with enough precision.
I was then asked to do a 2nd demo to present things that were "missing" from the first one but that were not part of the scenario shared with me. And I tried my best to answer the request however without proper training on the product and actual business knowledge it was very difficult to give them a satisfactory answer.
The hiring manager or hr or anyone could have taken the time to send an email stating they were not interested in my profile, especially after the amount of effort they ask their candidates to go through.
I received an automated email instead and they completely ignored my follow-up email asking for feedback and advices.

Interview
The process was straightforward and involved a project and presentation. Interviewed with recruiter, hiring manager, sales team, and other solutions engineers. I was lucky to receive great communications and support from my recruiter.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
Recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, demo presentation interview and then 3 team member 1:1 interviews. The hiring manager and demo interviews took the most time and were the most important. If you perform well on those, the team 1:1s are pretty casual.
Straightforward interview process - meet with recruiter, then manager and finally a presentation task.
Decision was made within a couple of weeks. Appreciate the transparency of the company. A lot of companies do not know how to manage candidate experience.
