You see lots of smiling and nodding and telling you that they are "so honored to meet you" then you will likely be ghosted or hit with the form email rejection. Pay scale was "meh" and your job would be micromanaged and "performance reviewed" to death. Tech companies in Seattle and San Fran are a dime a dozen. I'd advise you not to waste your time here.
