      Technical Program Manager Interview

      11 Mar 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Docusign

      Interview

The overall process went very fast, phone interview then followed by virtual onsite scheduled right away. The interviews were fine and standard, and I felt good and confident after the interviews. However after a few days I received only a blunt automatic rejection email, it said I could follow up if I need further details, but when I followed up, there wasn't any response (and the recruiter wasn't very responsive in previous communications unless they needed something from me). I think if a company already allocated such effort to schedule and interview a candidate, it can at least do a better job to wrap up respectfully despite the results. After all a candidate can still be a customer.
