After sending my application, they contacted me to conduct a practical test, with two exercises to solve and a time limit. After taking the test, they contacted me within a few days to inform me of the outcome.
The first behaviour interview was very good; she tried to keep in contract with me the whole time. The second one was horrible, they told me I should ask them questions, and when I did, they tempered with my code. After that the reason they went for the other candidate was because I was asking questions.
