1. Charla con RRHH: esta parte fue en inglés y algo extensa. Preguntas sobre experiencia previa sobre todo enfocadas a conocer tu forma de pensar y actuar dentro del trabajo. 2. Entrevista con Team Lead: Charla sobre experiencia previa y conocer un poco la forma de trabajar del equipo. 3. Prueba técnica: Desde mi punto de vista demasiado larga e incluye incluso parte de front, lo cual creo que no tiene mucho sentido cuando el puesto es de backend. 4. Entrevista con Team Lead y Tech Lead: Defensa de la prueba técnica. No me gustó que no recibí apenas feedback de la prueba.

My feedback about the interview process is positive. All the interviewers were kind, were natural, taking into account that is an interview and you are being tested. The process was completely remote. There were 4 interviews. The first one, an informal speak with the recruiter in order of taking a background from you. The second step is an hour talking about personal things but also about technical knowledge and experiences. The third step is the big one, like three hours, two hours doing pair programming and the other one doing some questions. The final one is just for closing the offer.
