Achei o processo seletivo bem longo e com diversas etapas, apesar da simpatia e apoio da recrutadora, além da necessidade de preparação prévia de um case.
Entrevistas conduzidas em inglês, com uma delas em espanhol. Diversas etapas, incluindo a apresentação de um case enviado previamente.
Etapas: Entrevista com RH (inglês), Entrevista com Time ( espanhol), entrevista com gestor (inglês), apresentação do case (inglês).

4 rounds of interviews with hr, hiring manager and team.
They described the role, process was a bit disorganized and I was asked the same questions in multiple rounds. Shows weak communication which was frustrating.

HR interview, followed by hiring manager, followed by head of product interview.
While the head of product gave signs that I took the interview by saying they need people like me and good luck for next steps, I was literally ghosted afterwards. Very unprofessional.
