The team that interviewed me was hiring for three special education teachers within the district so it was a very large team - 3 or 4 principals, the director of special education, 2 to 3 special education teachers, and 2 general education teachers. They each asked me a separate question. It was a 20 to 30 minutes interview with at least 10 questions, so I had to try to keep my answers to 1- 2 minutes.
