Both the hiring manager and the recruiter were engaged from the beginning. Feedback was provided throughout the entire process and I felt my application was actually give due consideration despite not getting the job. Lovely offices, relaxed environment. Definitely the kind of place where one is happy to work. The hiring manger went above and beyond when providing feedback. By the end of the process I felt like I wanted to be her friend! :D I was "dumped" very, very gently :)
