I interviewed at Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (Milton, PA)
Interview
A very nice and thoughtful company. Takes pride in treating their employees well. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to management, who was on time and prepared for my interview. I would recommend.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (Danville, PA) in Jul 2025
Interview
Ebony responded quickly to my application, though we faced some scheduling challenges in coordinating an interview around my availability. She was incredibly accommodating and replied promptly as we arranged for Shelly to reach out and set up my interview. The call lasted about 20-30 minutes; Shelly was very kind, and we seemed to share a genuine connection that aligned well with the company's values. The second interview was scheduled in less than a week. Since I was living in NY and moving to PA, they offered to do a Zoom interview, but I preferred to meet in person. We connected at her office, which was warm and welcoming. Shelly was both professional and extremely friendly; you could tell she truly cared about the organization, which made me feel very comfortable and at home. Less than three hours later, HR reached out with a job offer. I am looking forward to growing with this organization and its community.

Question 1
Why I was moving to PA and why I applied for this position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (Williamsport, PA) in Aug 2023
Interview
Talent Recruitment with Ebony was personalized and encouraging. Timely response to my resume submission. First interview with Christine over zoom was promptly scheduled and conducted. I felt even more encouraged with the company and given realistic expectations of day-to-day operations. Final interview was immediately scheduled and conducted within a week of first interview over zoom. I met with 5 other members of the leadership team, including the CEO. The interview was challenging but a fair representation of the company and the standards set for those they serve.
