I was initially contacted by a recruiter and completed a brief introductory call. This was followed by a video call with the hiring manager and then a video call with several team members to answer some technical questions.
After the final interview, I was straight up ghosted. One week later, I sent a follow-up email to the hiring manager and did not receive a response. I sent another one a couple days ago - still nothing.
While I understand that not every candidate will move forward in the process, completely ghosting candidates after three rounds of interviews demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for applicants' time and effort.
