After submitting my application I was contacted very promptly and invited for an interview which was conducted by 2 senior managers. I was made to feel welcome, and the interview was conducted in an open and friendly manner. In addition to answering the questions asked of me I also felt free to ask questions about the role and received clear answers. At the end of the interview I was promised a swift decision and was offered the job the next day.
