I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Disney Institute in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online and was contacted about 2 weeks later. Had a phone screening with a recruiter and was moved to the next round, which was a phone call with someone on the team a few days later. The following week I was invited to a final interview and asked to conduct a competitive analysis prior to my interview. The interview was through BlueJeans (similar to Skype) and was with 2 more people from the team. There were some difficult questions, but I felt very prepared and answered them well. I was told just 2 days after this interview that I did not get the position.

Question 1
If you were a Disney character, who would you be and why?
Interview process was a full day, interviewed with many of the department leaders. Everyone was great and very friendly. Post interview I received absolutely no feedback via call or email. Not a word. I have also been waiting since May 2017 for expense check that has been submitted for months. It is now December 2017 and I still have not seen that.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Disney Institute in Aug 2017
Interview
Long interview no process involved met with multiple people who had no consistent consensus of what the job is. They were not clear on territory or rules of engagement. After a flight in a seven hour interview they never even sent a response. Very unprofessional organization.
