I interviewed with 5 people overall. Interviews were well structured however I would have preferred if all the interviews were done in person. Also the times between the interview should be more. Between consecutive interviews I got barely 5-10 mins.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Disney+ Hotstar (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Mar 2022
Interview
D+H (Disney+Hotstar) has a very rigorous interview process, following a 4-5 round process.
This is followed by a BR (Bar raiser) round, very similar to Amazon. The interviews are of 45-60 min duration and are usually hierarchical in nature and get more intense along the process. The recruiter POC is well aware of the process and encourages honest Q&A / feedback during the process. Process is usually of 4-6 weeks, followed by HM (Hiring Manager) discussion post selection.

All questions were straightforward in the interviews
One phone screen + 3 rounds of product/analytical + 1 round HR. Overall the interviewers awere polite, answered all my questions and gave lot of context about the company. They gave me requisite time to think through and answer questions. The product leaders all seemed extremely competent and probed me thoroughly.
