1-page application online, called in for a group interview with 3 others, a few days later. We had to demonstrate we could type 25+ WPM and say something about why we wanted to work at Discovery Research. All 3 of us were hired. It couldn't have been easier - the standards were very low, and it was obvious that our answers about "why" weren't important, just our ability to type.
