Discovery Land Company interview questions

Went as about you would think it would go for an interview of course. Nothing really else much to say about that. 3 interviews total and they never discussed pay till end.

Very unorganized interview process. Time changes were communicated through calendar invites with no prior heads up, there are over 5 interviews in the entire process, and you don't get to visit the property in person until the final interview - every interview prior to that is either phone or zoom. There were some interviews where I had my video on (since it was presented to me as a video interview) and the interviewer kept their video off the entire time. After my 4th interview, I had to follow up multiple times before hearing back from them. When asked for feedback on my interview, everyone ghosted me. People I spoke to were very pleasant and nice, but the process was just a bit messy.
