Two rounds of interview, one is one on one, the second round is group interview. The group interview was very fun and there’s no right or wrong answers, very open ended questions.

I was interviewed by phone by the SVP. He looked at my experience, talked casually with me about my experience, and goals. He went over the responsibilities and time commitment, so I knew up front what I was getting into.
