I met with the branch manager as well as the assistant manager. I felt it was a very friendly, positive, upbeat conversation. It seemed they were looking for someone who could handle the job but also that fit their team since they had long hours.

There were 3 rounds of interview.One was a phone call & the other 2 were 1 on 1.Most questions were common questions like tell me about yourself and describe previous experiences and focus was on customer service situation oriented questions.
