process was smooth however the outline of what the position is could have been clearer . The job description was very vague and as it turns out the position was entry level and i am a seasoned Tire Guy so i was over qualified for the position.

Interview
I knew more about the company than the HR person conducting the interview , it is a great company and it is sad that they do not have people conducting these interviews that are better qualified in the areas of business important to to Direct Tire.

nothing that stuck out as relevant that would assist me as i said this person had no knowledge of Direct Tire and what its business is , i was told that the company is a distribution company ! and that there are no sales incentives because the company does not sell !
