Direct Interactions Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Very simple, show your specs and answer basic questions about your experience and how to use a computer such as navigating tabs and clearing cache. The interview was done via an Amazon server and the interviewer was very easy going.

I had an impatient, uncaring Recruiter interview me. Also, she asked a question that was worded differently than the application so I tried to explain and she stopped me and wouldn't let me explain. She mentioned twice that she had more candidates to interview so to keep it short.
