Interview
Reasonable straightforward interview process with regards to industry and position. Reality of role was not exactly what I expected it to be from the interview, but that happens.
Interview involved stuff like Working with Children checks, dealing with difficult behaviours, previous experience working with young people, knowledge of first aid, self harm, etc.

Dealing with demanding, negative behaviours effectively. Scenario example - what would you do with this happening?
Question of dealing with Self-harming behaviours
Question on skills relating to home type duties - cooking, cleaning, etc.
Skills transferable to engaging or doing activities with young people.
