Interview process was super easy. There was no proper "interview" questions like what I thought customer service was ect. Just talked about previous work experience, how the place functions and the available positions, the salary and available days I could work.
Chill people. It was pretty easy. I interviewed for the San Diego one. I felt very comfortable during the interview process. They also care about their employee's health and safety
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Din Tai Fung (Singapore) in Jan 2013
Interview
Just some general questions about period of commitment after they got your to fill in the personal particulars form. Very easy interview overall, guess they needed people a lot. They would not mind as long as you can commit for around a month
