I recently went through the interview process with Digital Science, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. The process consisted of three interviews — beginning with a recruiter screening, followed by a panel interview, and concluding with a meeting with two members of the leadership team.
Throughout each stage, I was kept informed and updated about next steps, timelines, and expectations, which made the experience feel organized and transparent. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and genuinely engaged in the conversation.
While there were structured questions, the interviews themselves felt more conversational and collaborative rather than purely evaluative, which helped create a relaxed and authentic dialogue. Overall, I came away with a very positive impression of both the team and the company culture.
