There was a phone interview, which, if you pass, leads to an in-person interview which is pretty simple. If you have spent enough time in call centers and know how to feel comfortable on the phones, you will get the job.

It was amazing!! Lorena hired me. I loved it right when I came in. I knew I would retire from here. All of the managers are amazing and i love the Mortgage Dept.
