Very professional hiring team, know basics of the business but most of the „area specific“ questions were asked by team lead. Time wise everything was OK, not too fast, not too long. In total 4 interviews till final offer received.

I was approached by a HR representative regarding a potential opening. While friendly and open in the direct discussion, it took them forever to get back to me with feedback and replies - I didn't think it was very professional for a company that size.

There were no real questions asked regarding my skillset, but I had a couple of cultural questions, which apparently didn't reply well to. Like what was your biggest defeat, how did you recover from it, what motivates you in a job etc.

Initial intro call with the HR team to determine the right fit and the details of the position. Two further calls with the team leads, one about the position, one about the culture. Overall a positive experience.
