I was told to meet at a certain time management was 10 minutes late. He couldn't explain properly where to go for the interview. Very monotone voice no warm greeting or handshake, asked a few questions about my experience mgmt seemed desperate I was hired in 5 minutes.

Simple and direct process. Have to head down to the office and answer some basic get to know you questions, just show interest and state location preferences and it should be immediate offer even without experience.

I arrived, management was late I had to call to tell them I was there. We met in a noisy, crowded environment outside the movie theatre lobby. No handshake or warm greeting, low monotone voice, scarce eye contact.
