I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Diffusely (Paris) in May 2024
Interview
I won't say it's a pleasant experience.
The entire interview process consists of 7 individual interviews with 2 combined into 1 at some rounds. You can expect to spend ~10 hours to go through the entire process (including estimated 4 hours for the take-home assignment). The final interview is onsite to meet the C-level executive.
The process was pretty disorginised where the questions asked during interviews were not aligned with the given information from the recruiter. The format of the interview process was also changed after a formal invitation was sent. The hiring manager and the recruiter also had given different info about next steps in my interview experience.
As a result, I was told the position is onhold 4 business days after my final interview and reference check, even without a rough timeline about how long the freeze is going to be. I feel this company completely disregards their candidates' time and effort. It just does not seem as a decision that comes out of nowhere within 4-day time while they kept accelerating and rushing me to go through the process asap in the middle. Overall, the company seems very ingenuine to me.
On the other hand, people I met during the interview process were friendly. It's just the internal management seems to be a big problem with the company.
