Didlake interview questions

Panel interview with the Executive level staff. They presented a real life issue within the business and I was to solve the issue for them. The solution presented hit the mark and all heads were in agreement. Then came the bad part. They ghosted me for more than 6 weeks. The firm got their answers then decided to not even reach back out to offer a follow-up or answer on how the interview went. Was the worst experience of my professional career. I would be concerned working there and happy the experience occurred which saved me from wasting my time.
