I passed two phone screens before moving to onsite. The interviews were all focused on coding. No ML questions whatsovever. No questions on cultural fit. The coding questions were so unreasonably hard. It was usually a medium LC followed by a hard LC, which I have no idea how you're supposed to finish in one hour unless you've meorized the questions and answers. The interviewers were really unfreindly and unhappy. It is definately not a company I'd join or the kind of people I want to work with.
