They don't tell you in the Interview that 1. Nurses are expected to work on the Dialysis equipment changing out CPUs, water pumps, dialysate pumps, etc. This used to be a BioMed Techs job but they fired all them and pushed it off to the Nurses. Like we have time or the training for this. 2. Sometimes you have to drive 40 miles to cover another Nursing Home. 3. No pay incentive for gaining any Certifications
