The process overall was unorganized, and communication was inconsistent. The first interview was scheduled to be a zoom meeting but the interviewer missed the meeting. That was then followed by a phone call the following week and then an in-person meeting at the clinic. The interview was conversational and I was given a verbal offer. However, there was no follow through or communication afterwards.
